Airport & Departure Information
Warning! Flying Private becomes addictive!
Before you fly
Once you have accepted our Flight Quotation, accepted our Terms & Conditions and submitted payment, you will receive a Flight Confirmation which will contain your "Flight Itinerary".
As in many cases Flitestar is operating international flights, all passengers must have a valid passport in his or her possession, as well as any required visas or entry documentation. Passengers must provide passport details at least 24 hours prior to departure time.
The Operator has the right to refuse boarding to any person who failed to provide the passport information 24 hours before departure, without the required documentation or as a result of non-compliance with government regulations without recourse or further obligation to Passenger by the operator or Flitestar.
At the Airport
Where possible, we utilize Private Terminals (also known as Fixed Base Operators - FBO's) which are generally located away from the main passenger terminals. Either Flitestar or your Travel Advisor will provide you with detailed information on where to meet your Flight Crew.
In locations where Private Terminals are not available, standard Passenger Terminals will be utilized.
Generally you will have an opportunity to relax in a Private Lounge area before swiftly completed customs and immigration formalities (where applicable) as well as security screening.
Our friendly local teams will then call you to board your Private Flight.
